Banners City sells advertising spots on this website. This is a digital service: nothing is shipped and no physical goods are sent.
What you receive
A rectangle of cells in the grid of the location you chose, showing your banner and linking to your site, for the period you paid for.
When it goes live
The spot is reserved for you as soon as the payment is confirmed. The banner is published after moderation — normally within 1 business day of receiving the artwork, and longer only if we need to ask you for a licence or a correction. The status of a placement is visible in the account at any time.
How long it stays
A monthly placement stays visible for the paid month and continues while renewals are paid; a yearly one for the paid year; a buyout for the fixed long term stated at the moment of purchase. If a renewal is missed, the banner stays visible for 7 more days before the spot is released.
Changing the banner
You can replace the artwork or the link at any time from the account. The new version goes through moderation the same way and normally appears within 1 business day.
If something goes wrong
If the spot has not gone live within the stated time, write to the support address on the Contact page: we either publish it or refund the payment under the Refund and cancellation policy.
